Given the flexible nature of daily fund office operations, designing for occasional work scenarios has been one of the main challenges of this project. Besides employees, the space also needs to regularly accommodate investors, partners, and investees from other companies. This not only implies the necessity for ample public areas throughout the space but also requires flexibility in functionality and usage to adapt to rapid changes. UNFOLDESIGN has transformed the most open and bright corner of the L-shaped space into the "Sky Garden" for Mountain Capital. Easily accessible greenery creates a serene atmosphere, while curved floor-to-ceiling glass windows provide panoramic urban views. Supporting facilities such as a bar, projection, television, and sofa lounge area are set up to accommodate corporate events, investor meetings, and casual relaxation, fostering open and creative dialogues. This adaptability ensures that every visitor feels comfortable and relaxed, fostering a sense of gathering and collaboration.
